Who we are
This policy describes how San Jose Eagles Aerie #8 handles information submitted through the Eagles Hall Rental website at eagleshallrental.com.
Information you provide
Our contact form asks for your name, phone number, email address, event type, preferred event date and number of guests. Special requests are optional. Please do not include payment card numbers, government identification numbers, medical details or other sensitive information.
How inquiries are used
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, discuss availability, arrange a tour and communicate about your event. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a marketing mailing list.
How the form is delivered
The contact form uses FormSubmit to process submissions and forward them by email to secretary@sanjoseeagles.com, with a copy to the additional hall inquiry contact at kowboyranger@aol.com. These recipients use the information to handle hall inquiries. FormSubmit and the email providers process information as part of delivering and storing these messages.
Website services and cookies
This website is hosted through OpenAI Sites. Hosting, email and form providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information and access logs to operate and protect their services. FormSubmit may use cookies and a CAPTCHA to help prevent spam. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect form submission. External sites, including Facebook, have their own privacy practices.
Records and your choices
Inquiry messages may remain in the receiving email accounts and the form provider’s systems. To ask about information you have submitted, request a correction or request deletion, contact the secretary using the details below. We may need to verify your identity and retain information needed for an ongoing event, recordkeeping or legal obligations. Avoid sending sensitive information by email; no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
